It's Christmas, Jolly Old Christmas Time.

The year that was 2021 was a very stop start affair for most people, and I 'm pretty sure collectively we will not miss it and are looking forward to a brighter year ahead.

Well before we all get too far ahead of ourselves planning for next year maybe it is time to pause and notice your particular situation at the moment. How are you feeling as we rush toward the end of the year? How are the people around you? How are your kids? How are your neighbours?

Once again in 2021 we have been asked to make a lot of changes in a very short time as we have emerged (and in some cases, still to emerge) from covid-19 restrictions. Some of us may be feeling OK about our current situation that is somewhat less restricted, others on the other hand may be feeling less OK.

Take a few moments to consider how you can make this holiday period a little easier, a little lighter a little kinder and maybe a little more jolly for you and those people around you that maybe struggling a bit still.

So let's all relax and spread a little jolly around however we can this holidays season with a few days off over Christmas and New Year.

Here at Bright Vista Counselling we are taking some time to rest and reconnect with who and what's important from Friday the 17th of December re-opening Tuesday the 11th of January.

So to all our clients and those close to you I thank you for your patronage this year, and wish you all a safe and happy holiday season and look forward to seeing you in the new year.

Best of the holiday season to you all.
