What is your dream for your future, is changing jobs on your horizon?

Updated: Oct 30, 2019

When you find yourself with a quiet moment or two, what is it that you find yourself daydreaming about? Is there change on your horizon but somehow you can't seem to pinpoint what, or follow though with achieving what it is you think you want.

Wanting change and not being able to engage effectively in the change process can be very frustrating and disempowering. What if you could find some assistance to help you to overcome this inaction. Talking with a registered counsellor could be the simple solution you are looking for to help you on your path to change.

Three sessions of career focussed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) may help you to understand your aspirations and what is important for you now and into the future.

In the first session we explore this theme together to frame what you want to change about your current situation and what stage you are at in this process.

During our second session we start to quantify who and what is important in you life now and then look at exploring these aspect of you from a work related point of view.

Our third session together we will investigate and understand what job ready means for you and what industry expects. From there we can start to quantify the manageable steps you need to make to achieve you goals.

Our time together in counselling at this point would come to an end, but ongoing support in a time of change is important. So in my practice I offer a free 15 minute telephone coaching session at 14 days after our last session, and again 90 days after that to see how you are managing.

During our time together you will be provided with tools and insights you can use and practice between sessions and together we will develop a clear plan for achieving what is important for your life worth live now and into the future.
